PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of transfer and to enable excellent image formation by fixing a driving shaft and a coupling means integrally with a radial pressing force and transmitting a driving force from the driving shaft to an image formation medium. CONSTITUTION:An elastic sleeve 21a is fixed on the axis of rotation of a photosensitive drum 1 while projecting from a flange 21, the elastic sleeve 21a is fixed by welding a thin elastic tubular body which has an enough internal diameter to receive the driving shaft 20, e.g. metallic tube 21b to the flange 21, and plural grooves are formed axially. A clamp means has arms 31 and 32 which are each coupled at one end, and arranged matching with the outer periphery of the elastic sleeve 21a; and the other-terminal sides of the arms 31 and 32 are coupled together by a bolt 33 and both arms 32 and 32 are clamped to each other, so that the elastic sleeve 21a is fitted on the driving shaft 20 tightly. |
