PURPOSE:To drive a vibrating body by a low voltage by always vibrating one vibrating body by prescribed resonance frequency F, amplitude A and phase, and vibrating the other vibrating body by always setting the resonance frequency F and the amplitude A as prescribed and bringing the phase to 180 deg. inversion by 1/f (f is a frequency). CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit 21 outputs a signal A. In a period in which a high level signal H is being outputted from a switching signal generating circuit 24, terminals A-C of a switching circuit 25 go to a connected state. Accordingly, from an output terminal 27, and an output terminal 28, a signal which is outputted from the circuit 21 and inverted and amplified by the first and the third inversion amplifiers 22, 26, and a signal which is inverted and amplified by the first and the second inversion amplifiers 22, 23 are outputted, respectively, and both the signals which are outputted from the terminals 27, 28 coincide with the signal A. Also, in a period in which a low level signal L is being outputted from the circuit 24, terminals B-C of the circuit 25 go to a connected state, and a signal whose phase is shifted by 180 deg. from the signal A, and a signal which coincides with the signal A are outputted from the terminal 27, and the terminal 28, respectively.
