PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by the simplified and rationalized work process by providing several cut-raise pieces to the rising part of the circumference of a frame and fixing a gascket stuck to a diaphragm by the folding processing so as to eliminate an adhesives and the drying process. CONSTITUTION:The circumference of the frame 11 is provided with plural cut-raise pieces 12 and the center side is coupled with a magnetic circuit 13. The edge 15 and the gascket 16 are stuck to the cone 14 to constitute the diaphragm 17. The shape of the frame 11 is formed from a sheet metal by a press so that the thickness of the cut-raise pieces is thinner than the of the rising part 18. The diaphragm 17 formed by sticking the edge 15 and the gascket 16 to the cone 14 is arranged to the frame 11. Then a punch whose tip is round is used to fold all the cut-raise pieces 12 at the same time up to the tilt of an angle of nearly 60-70 deg. from the vertical direction. Further, an L-shaped punch 20 is used to apply vertical processing thereby folding all the cut-raise pieces 12 at the same time and the diaphragm 17 is fixed to the frame 11.
