PURPOSE:To prevent the inter-layer exfoliation of a cone and to realize the stability of the frequency characteristic without using a reinforcement adhesive agent by providing a V-shaped groove formed by a flat part and a falling part to the inner circumferential ridge of a speaker edge and fitting the outer circumference of a speaker cone to the V-shaped groove. CONSTITUTION:A frame 11 has a step 12 at the upper circumference. The edge outer circumferential part 13 of the speaker edge is placed to the step 12 and a semi-circular roll shape edge 15 succeeding to the edge outer circumferential part 13 is provided with an edge inner circumferential part 16 having the V-shaped groove 17 formed by the flat part 16a and the falling part 16b at the inside in succession to the edge part 15. An outer circumferential part 18a of a pulp cone 18 is coupled and stuck to the V-shaped groove 17 via an adhesives 19. The speaker edge is made of a material such as a foamed urethane sheet or a thermoplastic resin. Thus, the outer circumferential part 18a is pressed into contact with the falling part 16b, the sticking positioning of the pulp cone 18 is facilitated and since the cone is stuck at two positions, the flat part 16a and the falling part 16b, no inter-layer exfoliation of the outer circumferential part 18a from the end face is caused to the vibration of the pulp cone 18.
