PURPOSE:To facilitate high integration and to perform a processing adaptively by using an A/D converter to a frequency converter to sample data with a frequency f1 and storing and reproducing digitally sampled data and using a D/A converter to reproduce data with a frequency f2 and shifting the frequency. CONSTITUTION:If a reception input exists, the input is amplified by an amplifier 7a and is sampled with the frequency f1 generated from a clock pulse generating circuit 15 by the A/D converter 34. This sampled data output is stored temporarily in a control circuit 35 and has a slight level part clipped and eliminated for the purpose of preventing crosstalk reception. This digital output is latched in a latch circuit 36 by the sampling frequency f2. The sampling frequency f2 is detected with a long time constant by a level detector 31. This DC output is converted to sampling pulses having the frequency f2 by a voltage/frequency converter 33 and is latched in a latch circuit. The output is inputted to the D/A converter 37 and is reproduced as an analog signal.
