PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing processes of a thin film solar battery and to reduce a cost, by simultaneously forming a transparent electrode and a carbon grid electrode by a printing method. CONSTITUTION:A specified pattern is printed on a glass plate 21 by applying a paste for a transparent electrode, and a transparent-electrode printed layer 2 is formed. Then for a grid electrode, a paint including carbon is dissoved in a hydrocarbon solvent such as xylene, and the concentration is adjusted so as to obtain 20wt%. A carbon electrode layer 3 is formed on the transparent electrode 2 by screen printing as in the case of said ink so as to form a specified pattern, and a grid electrode 3' is obtained. Burning is performed in an electric furnace. On the transparent electrode 2' and the carbon grid electrode 3', an a-Si4 is deposited in an appropriate pattern by using a metal mask. Then, a second electrode 5, which is patterned in an appropriate shape, is deposited by using a metal mask. |
