PURPOSE:To spread uniformly a spray liquid on an inner surface of a sleeve and to improve a product quality by injecting the spray liquid from a nozzle while repeating a reciprocating movement, such as descending as increasing a speed for the nozzle movement and ascending as decreasing the speed. CONSTITUTION:When a nozzle device 39 is ascended or discended, this height position is detected by a detector 57, which is arranged at facing position with a magnetic scale 56 and outputs a signal to change a throttling degree of a variable throttle valve 53 through a regulator 50. The nozzle device 39 is repeated by the reciprocating movements, such as descending as gradually increasing the speed and ascending as gradually decreasing the speed. Therefore, the applied quantity of the spray liquid per unit area decreases gradually from the upper part to the lower part in the inner surface 19a of the sleeve, but as the applied spray liquid on the upper part drips down as going along the inner surface, the applied quantity by dripping down increases gradually from the upper part to the lower part. Thus, the spray liquid 41 is uniformly spread at any position of the upper part or the lower part of the inner surface 19a, because of can cellation between the differences of both applied quantities by changing of nozzle speed and by dripping down. |
