CONSTITUTION:A CPU1, which sets a coordinate system in a processing part 8 to parts drawing and machining drawing data Ma, Mb from a CAD unit M by an input from a keyboard 2 with picture, assigns a relative angle of the coordinate axis to a machining direction in a processing part 71 while a kind of register shape corresponding to a machining process content in a processing part 72, next the coordinate system for every shape and kind is set by a machining surface coordinate system in a processing part 73. And the CPU1 registers a machining shape by successively assigning a machining element in a processing part 74, in this way, the CPU1, which sets the section proper coordinate system in a processing part 75 to successively assign the machining element registering a sectional shape in a processing part 76 while the required accuracy information together for every element in a processing part 77, prepares a machining surface data 18.
