发明名称 STRUCTURE OF BEARING PORTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the machining cost, to increase the pressure receiving area of a bearing portion and to enhance the strength by providing an engaging means engaged with a support and with an outer race, and an oil path extended from the engaging means through the outer race to a slipper portion. CONSTITUTION:A bearing support hole 23 is formed on a crank case 11 as a support, and a bearing 24 comprising an outer race 24a, an inner race 24b and a needle roller 24c is fitted in the hole. The outer race 24a is fitted in an engaging hole 26 formed when the crank case 11 is formed by casting and engaged with the inner wall of the bearing support hole 24 by an engaging mechanism 25. Further, a through hole 28 is formed on the outer race 24a in such a manner as to pierce therethrough in the radial direction, and the base of engaging means 29 is pressed and fixed in the hole. The through hole is used as an oil path to a roller rolling chamber 24d. Accordingly, the number of holes can be decreased to reduce the machining cost, and the pressure receiving area of a bearing portion can be increased to improve the strength.
