摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce noise by which mold clamping is accompanied along with an improvement in molding capacity, by making use of an exclusive cylinder rod for clamping and breaking of a movable platen and a booster ram in the inside of a cylinder rod for main mold clamping for temporary mold clamping. CONSTITUTION:Each of movable paltens 3, 6, 7, 8 is made slidable by a tie bar 15 fixed to a shoulder part surface plate 14 of a cylinder and a stationary platen 4 with a bolt 18, a hydraulic cylinder 1 and rod 2 are fixed to a first stage movable platen with a bolt 5' and a male mold 11 and female mold 12 are clamping and broken independently under a tentative mold clamping state. An inside booster ram 16 and outside booster ram 16a performing advance movement within a rod 2 fitted in a hydraulic cylinder 1 for main mold clamping are provided for tentative mold clamping by performing clamping and breaking at high speed. A small cylinder 9 and small rod 10 are arranged on both sides of a second stage movable platen 6, third stage intermediate movable platen 7 and fourth stage movable platen 8 for high speed clamping and breaking of the mold, which are actuated in order or simultaneously and clamping and breaking of a plurality of sets of molds can be performed. Then the clamping and breaking of the molds can be performed simultaneously also by performing a combined use of the booster and small rod.
