PURPOSE:To discriminate the abnormality of a data transmission line and the service interruption of a dwelling unit by connecting a centralized supervisory panel with each home security device in series by a transmission line, and providing a circuit having a path which is bypassed when a power source is cut off, on each home security device. CONSTITUTION:When a home security device for a dwelling unit is conducted electrically, a polling signals, and an answer back signal from each home security device for the dwelling unit are sent and received through a bidirectional transmission circuit 4. When one or plural pieces of home security device for the dwelling unit has a service interruption, a transmission line bypass circuit 5 becomes automatically a conducting state, and the polling signal from a centralized monitor panel, and the answer back signal from the home security device for the dwelling unit which is executing other operation are transmitted in two directions through the transmission line bypass circuit 5 of the home security device for the dwelling unit being under a service interruption. Also, sensor information in each dwelling unit is contained in the answer back signal of the home security device for the dwelling unit and transmitted to the centralized monitor panel 1, the operation of the sensor is detected and an alarm is outputted from the centralized supervisory panel.
