PURPOSE:To be able to make the temp. distribution of a heated object uniform by changing continuously flame length between a short flame and a long flame through change with time in distribution amount of inner and outer air. CONSTITUTION:An inner flow control valve 5 is connected with an opening set device 10 and an oscillator 11 and the cycle, amplitude, and arbitrary function of oscillation are set by set devices 12, 13, 14 respectively. When change with in the cycle, amplitude, and function which are set by the devices 12, 13, 14 takes, for instance, a since curve form and on the basis of this, electric signal is put out to the device 10 from the oscillator 11, the open and closed control of the valve 5 is made in since curve form and inner air amount is changed continuously to change fire flame length periodically and continuously. Therefore, the movement of the peak point of a fire flame causes the furnace inside to be uniform in temp. and uniform heating is able to be achieved. |
