PURPOSE:To simplify the device constitution and to reduce the cost by providing a timer circuit with backup power supply, a timer means not having a power supply and a time matching control means so as to match the time of the timer means to the time of the timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:When initial reset is applied by a watchdog timer of a control circuit 14 wit a power supply of a master set 1 applied or in operation, the control circuit 14 initizlies the circuit itself and transits the control operation for time matching. When a talking management device 5 is connected, the sending request of a time data is sent to a CPU 50, the time data of a timer circuit 52 is introduced by the request and the time of the own timer means 14a is set to the present time inputted from the talking management equipment 5. Thus, the provision of the timer circuit with backup power supply to the master set 1 is not required, the constitution of the titled set is simplified for the saving and the cost is reduced.
