PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension of a heating chamber back plate causing material cost lower, by securing the heating chamber back plate to a main body back plate by means of machine screws, making it unnecessary to extend the heating chamber back plate as far as a main body bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber 2 which holds food stuff therein, and heats and cooks said food stuff, and heating means 8a, 8b which raise the internal temperature of the heating chamber are provided,and further the heating chamber 2 is fixed by securing a heating chamber back plate 4 to a main body back plate 5 by means of machine screws 9a, 9b. At that occasion, a gap is provided between the heating chamber back plate 4 and the main body back plate 5 by applying drawing to said main body plate 5 to enable air to flow through said gap to cool the main body back plate 5. And, since the heating chamber back plate 4 is not extended as far as a main body bottom plate 5, air passed from air inlet ports 10 of said main body bottom plate 6 to air outlet ports 11 of a main body outer wall 1 is sucked through all of the inlet ports 10 of the main body bottom plate 6, therefore, air is efficiently sucked, causing the main body back plate 5 to be cooled.
