PURPOSE:To execute an optimum temperature compensation to that which has a pan bottom-shaped temperature characteristic or a negative variation characteristic, by setting the first and the second combined resistance circuits so that a rate of change of a resistance value of one of them becomes smaller than the other at a low temperature, and becomes larger at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is constituted by omitting a parallel circuit of a thermistor of a resistance by changing a conventional circuit, connecting an emitter of a transistor Q2 to a reference potential through a resistance R3, also connecting a parallel circuit (the first combined resistance circuit 2 is formed together with a resistance R1) of a resistance R8 and a thermistor TH2 between the resistance R1 and an emitter of a transistor Q1a of a pair transistor Q1, and connecting a parallel circuit (the second combined resistance circuit 3 is formed together with a resistance R2) of a resistance R9 and a thermistor TH3 between a resistance R2 and an emitter of a transistor Q1b. Accordingly, an absolute value gA of conductance which has seen the right side from a point A-A' becomes larger than conductance gA (T0) at a temperature T0, in both temperatures T1, T2, and a temperature characteristic of the conductance gA becomes a pan bottom shape.
