PURPOSE:To stably control the discharge pressure, by detecting the pressure in an extrusion part, feeding the detected pressure back to an extruder screw driving system, detecting the rotational speed of the extruder screw and feeding the detected rotational speed back to a driving system of a polymer feeder. CONSTITUTION:Signals of a discharge pressure detector 5 are fed back to a pressure controller 6 for disturbance, e.g. fluctuation in amount of melt, etc., occurring in an extruder 1 and the rotational speed of a motor 7 for driving a screw is controlled and corrected. Detected signals from a rotational speed detector 10 provided in the motor 7 are fed back to a rotational speed controller 11 to control a driving motor 9 for a constant rate feeder 8 to adjust the rotational speed of the motor 7 to the set value.
