Next on the basis of the decision reference 71 of a machine for its machining region, a machining region is decided in stages by plural shape element decision parts 90-93 through a shape and a kind in every machining method, and the CPU1, which registers the divided region in processing parts 94-97 corresponding to the setting reference 72, files a prepared data for every machining method region in a memory 30. In this way, a device can flexible correspond to FMS or the like.
