PURPOSE:To enable a device to flexibly correspond to FMS or the like, by deciding a stepped hole or a pocket from a machining design data and eliminating a recessed part region in a stepped hole region while giving a discrimination code if center machining and reamer machining are provided. CONSTITUTION:A CPU1 decides a stepped hole or a pocket in decision parts 81, 98 from a machining design data 59 by an input data and a command from a keyboard 2 with picture. And the CPU1, which eliminates a recessed part region in a division processing part 82 in a stepped hole region, gives a discrimination code in division decision parts 83, 85 and flag processing parts 84, 86 if a different machine process region of center machining and reamer machining or the like is provided. Next on the basis of the decision reference 71 of a machine for its machining region, a machining region is decided in stages by plural shape element decision parts 90-93 through a shape and a kind in every machining method, and the CPU1, which registers the divided region in processing parts 94-97 corresponding to the setting reference 72, files a prepared data for every machining method region in a memory 30. In this way, a device can flexible correspond to FMS or the like.
