PURPOSE:To use AC coupling for the signal transmission in a transmission line and to eliminate DC drift of a signal by using a clamp function provided to obtain a temperature measuring function multiplexedly before and after a video signal line. CONSTITUTION:An output of a line driver 15 is AC-coupled by using a capacitor 21, a clamper 22 is inserted to the post stage of a differential amplifier 17 being a receiver at a data processing unit side to fix a video signal level of a reference light source to a DC level. Thus, even the video signal is multiplexed in time series, the DC level is a constant value and the level is a signal level of a reference light source. The level is multiplexed to be a constant value, resulting that it is possible to recover the DC component again by the transmission with AC coupling and the clamp operation at the reception side.
