PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in collecting hair, trash, etc., in circulating pool water or waste water and simultaneously to facilitate the removal of the collected hair, trash, etc., by providing a water storage chamber equipped with a network body almost at the position of the water surface and a balancing chamber equipped with a water level regulator to the main tank body. CONSTITUTION:The water level of the balancing chamber 13 is kept at a position lower than the top part of a partition wall 11 by the water level regulator, and circulating pool water or waste water flows into the balancing chamber 13 having a water outlet 15 from the water storage chamber 12 having a water inlet 14. The surface water level of the water storage chamber 12 is made flush with the network body 16. When the waste water flowing in the water storage chamber 12 reaches the vicinity of the water surface in the water storage chamber 12, the velocity of the waste water is remarkably reduced, hence the suspended matter such as hair and trash in the waste water becomes easy to be collected, and the suspended matter such as hair and trash can be collected in an easily releasable state. Moreover, since the suspended matter is collected uniformly over the whole surface of the network body, the efficiency in collecting the suspended matter such as hair and trash can be further improved.
