PURPOSE:To obtain a spun yarn having a yarn tenacity comparable to ring-yarn, by transferring an opened single fiber group through a fiber-transfer channel to a fiber-collecting perforated belt having narrowed middle part and twisting the fiber group between a pair of mutually crossing driving belts. CONSTITUTION:A single fiber group opened by a draft part or a combing roller is transferred to a fiber-collecting perforated belt 11 by air stream through a fiber transfer channel 7, sucked on the belt 11 and collected to a part narrowed nearly in V-form. The formed fiber bundle is peeled off from the belt with a fiber bundle guide 20 having a peeling knife 19 and placed above a fiber-peeling point 18. The peeled fiber bundle is sent on the crossing line of a pair of mutually crossing driving belts 23, 24, nipped in between the belts and twisted. |
