PURPOSE:To contrive shortening of flow time and labor saving by providing a specified pressurization apparatus, an apparatus keeping a liquid level in a specified value, an apparatus keeping pressurization in the specified value and a metering valve to both a raw liquid tank and an additional water tank mixing raw liquid and additional water in the specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:For example, in a production process of Japanese wine (SAKE), firstly both raw SAKE and additional water are sent under pressure to a raw SAKE tank 7 and an additional water tank 16 having a closed structure. At this time, even when the pressure feeding conditions are changed, these are held in the specified pressure by means of a reduction valve 21 and operation air. The liquid levels of both tanks are held in the specified value by adjusting automatically each fed flow rate by the level control valves 4, 13 respectively. When keeping the pressure of the raw SAKE tank and the additional water tank in the specified value and keeping the pressure of a primary side of an adjustment valve 37 for blend pressure in the specified value, the flow rates of raw SAKE and additional water are primarily decided by valve divergence of the metering valves 32, 34 of raw SAKE and additional water. Therefore when adjusting the valve divergence of each blend valve, raw SAKE and additional water can be mixed in a specified mixing ratio. |
