PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency of machining, by comparing each selected arrangements program data with data on the basis of machine data next studying the combination of the data on the basis of data of jig, tool, machining method, etc. and obtaining a desired arrangements drawing data. CONSTITUTION:A CPU1 inputs successively prepared plural arrangements program data as a machining data on the basis of parts drawing data Ma and material drawing data Mb, prepared in a CAD unit M, by a processing data and a command, input from a keyboard 2 with picture, and the method of combination of a work is selected by a selector circuit 85. The CPU1, which compares each of these selected arrangements program data with compared data 87a-87c based from a machine data to study the method of combination of each successful arrangements program data on the basis of jig data 5, tool data 6 and a machining method film data 60, obtains a desired arrangements drawing data 44. Thus an adequate combination data of good quality can be determined by controlling a talk with a picture.
