PURPOSE:To prevent excessive oscillation by providing a main electrode over the entire surface on one side of a stock and a disk-shaped partial electrode and auxiliary electrode from the main electrode to the other side and sticking a thin metallic sheet and mechanical resistance correcting sheet to the main electrode surface so that the oscillation is suppressed by the correcting sheet. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic oscillator to be mainly used for an ultrasonic humidifier is constituted by providing the main electrode 2 over the entire surface on one side of the ultrasonic oscillator stock 1 and providing the disk- shaped partial electrode 5 to the center on the other surface and the auxiliary electrode 4 on the outside peripheral face thereof, then electrically conducting the electrode 2 and the electrode 4. The thin metallic sheet 6 is stuck via an epoxy resin adhesive agent 7 to the surface of the main electrode 2 to protect the main electrode 2. The mechanical resistance correcting sheet 9 which has a bulge at the center and a hole part 10 therein is stuck to the outside peripheral end of the sheet 6. Mechanicals resistance is applied to the oscillator by the mechanical resistance correcting sheet to suppress the excessive oscillation thereof when there is no more liquid load of the oscillator.
