PURPOSE:To improve the workability in replacement by permitting the unit formation by connecting the both peripheral edge parts of a pair of supporting plates having a supporting roller axially supported, by a connecting plate. CONSTITUTION:Each insertion hole 10a for the insertion of the shaft edge part 3a of a damper shaft 3 is formed at the center parts of the both supporting plates 10 on the inside and outside, and each supporting roller 11 is axially supported by a bolt shaft 12 inserted between a pair of supporting plates 10, on the periphery of the insertion hole 10a. A damper bearing device 1 in unit form can be obtained by the integral connection by welding a connecting plate 14 onto the both circumferential edge parts 10b of a pair of supporting plates 10. A packing 5 can be replaced in simple ways by demounting the whole unit of the damper bearing device 1 by releasing an installation bolt 19.
