PURPOSE:To prevent a binding of a belt from loosening and to realize low noise operation, by coating an elastomer on the leg parts of a magnetic material piece which pierces through a belt and is secured to the latter by pins inserted into the magnetic material piece at the back surface of the belt, to obtain a finished surface. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material piece 20 having leg parts 21a, 21b piercing through a belt from the front surface to the rear surface of the latter, is secured to the belt 10 by retaining pins 30 inserted into the leg parts 21a, 21b at the back surface of the belt 10. Further, the leg parts inserted thereinto with the retaining pins 30 are coated with an embedded in an elastomer material 40 to be formed into a suitable shape having a finished surface 41 adapted to be engaged with a drive wheel. With this arrangement it is possible to prevent a bolt or the like from loosening and to realize low noise operation.
