<p>PURPOSE:To rotate a nut runner three-dimensionally even when a wheel hub is in a state of being titled as well as to make its positioning attainable so properly, by setting up each of crosswise and lengthwise rotational guide devices, rotation the nut runner for adjustment, in a tire mounter. CONSTITUTION:Each crosswise rotational guide device 11 is set up both top and bottom surface of a tire mounter 50, and this device is constituted of the guide rail 12 formed at a position beyond a distant direction from a steering gear in relation to a rotating center point of a tire W in the steering gear and in a circular arc centering a point (O) of the addition point and each guide roller 14. And, a nut runner 73 is rotated with the point (O) as the center, and its positioning in a proper direction corresponding to a cutting angle or the like of the tire is made attainable. In addition, each lengthwise rotational guide device 6 is installed in outer plates at both sides of the tire mounter 50, and this device is constituted of the circular rail 6 formed in an circular arc centering a rotational center P of a suspension of the tire W and each guide roller 8, making the nut runner 73 rotatable with the point P as the center.</p> |
