PURPOSE:To make an exhaust and ventilating equipments unnecessary, obtain hot water by making use of exhaust and its latent heat in a bath room and enable to make use of said bath room as a dry chamber at the unused time of the bath room, by making an evaporator and a fan in a heat pump equipment position within an air circulation path. CONSTITUTION:Air is circulated within a circulation path (c) and a bath room (a) by a fan 3, which is deprived of its heat through an evaporation action by an evaporator 2 of a heat pump, cooled and dehumidified. Refrigeration medium gas turning into a high temperature and high pressure by a compressor 1 is liquidized and radiated in a hot water tank forming a condenser 4 and takes out heated water from a discharge side of a circulation path 7 as hot water. The bath room is used as a dry chamber by circulating air in the bath room as dry air by providing a bypass duct 8 of a refrigeration medium connectable with a secondary side of the compressor and a secondary side duct of the condensor through reed valves 9, 10 and providing a heater 11 formed by making use of the refrigeration medium gas turning into the high pressure and the high temperature in a heat pump cycle on a reflux side in an exhaust circulation path. |
