PURPOSE:To prevent the unevenness of the inner resistance and the increase of the inner resistance, by storing and controlling an alkaline electrolyte for a silver oxide cell below a specific temperature, and using it at such a temperature condition even in the cell manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 6 of silver oxide as the main active substance, and a negative electrode 1 of zinc as the main active substance are combined through a separator 4 and the like, and an alkaline electrolyte of a satulated zinc oxide is poured to make a silver oxide cell. In this case, the alkaline electrolyte is stored and controlled at the temperature below 45+ or -2 deg.C, and the condition 45+ or -2 deg.C is kept even in the cell manufacturing. In such a way, a deposition of zinc oxide during storing is prevented and the satulated condition of the zinc oxide in the solution is maintained at the highest temperature when the cell is used commonly. Therefore, the unevenness of the inner resistance owing to the amount of poured electrolyte and an increase of the inner resistance around at the discharge depth 5-20% can be prevented. |
