PURPOSE:To make it possible to permanently obtain the power for driving machinery without using fuel, by rotating a water turbine by means of an ocean current and a tide, thereby producing kinetic energy. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 4 if fixed to the bottom of the sea having a vigorous ocean current and tide, and an air pump 2 is equipped to the pile 4. An impeller 1 for driving the air pump 2 is provided, and also an induction plate 5 for leading a water current if it is necessary is provided. And the air pump 2 is driven by the rotation of the impeller 1 so that compressed air is supplied to an air turbine on the ground or the like via hose 3.
