PURPOSE:To improve the directivity and gain of the titled glass antenna by arranging a folded linear antenna for phase adjustment and another linear antenna in parallel with the 1st main antenna. CONSTITUTION:The 1st main antenna 3 is horizontally extended from one side part of a window glass almost to the center part to form about 1/4 wavelength. The 2nd antenna 4 is extended from one side part of the window glass up to the other side part in parallel with the 1st main antenna 3, folded on the other side part and then extended up to a part close to the leading end of the 1st antenna 3. The 2nd antenna 4 is used as a phase adjusting antenna for reducing the drop of gain based on a phase difference between a direct wave and a reflected wave due to a car body, a building, a human body, and so on. The 3rd antenna 5 with about 1/2 wavelength is extended from one side of the window glass to the other side part in parallel with the 1st main antenna 3 to improve receiving gain further more. Consequently, superior performance as an antenna for an automobile can be attained.
