PURPOSE:To quickly diffuse and penetrate an analyte of the amt. enough for coloration reaction to a reagent layer by tightly adhering 3 layers of porous sheets by an adhesive agent constituting fine through-holes and incorporating a coloring reagent compsn. into >=2 plural layers. CONSTITUTION:This analyzing element consists of a fibrous porous sheet, upper non-fibrous porous sheet, lower non-fibrous porous sheet and hydrophilic polymer binder layer. Three layers of the sheets are adhered by the adhesive agent constituting the fine through-gaps so as not to disturb the uniform passage of liquid. The coloring reagent compsn. is incorporated into >=2 plural layers except a base. A preferable example of incorporating and holding the coloring reagent compsn. separately into the plural layers includes the coloring reagent compsn. for measurement via an electron carrier, etc. The decrease in the deterioration of the coloring reagent compsn. with age, etc. are attained by separately incorporating the electron carrier and dye precursor into separate two layers in this case.
