PURPOSE:To attain a smooth shift of processing to a back-up system even in case a file function is stopped by using an abnormality detector which detects the abnormality of a data storing function. CONSTITUTION:A data file device 10 of a master system outputs a process measurement signal S1 to an integrator 11 and stores it as the integrated value S7 per unit time sent from a timepiece device 17. The value S7 is applied to an AND gate 14 together with an action control signal S9 sent from the device 17 and a file storage request signal S11. Then the value S7 is supplied to a file storing device 16 via a register 15 as the integrated value per unit time. The device 16 stores the value of the register 15 in the corresponding address of a file 40 and reports a file storage and signal S13 to an abnormality detector 30. While a data file device 20 of a back-up system performs similar processing to the device 10 and the propriety for file storage processing is controlled by the signals S11 and S12 only.
