摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device of high bond strength leading to prevention from peeling, with quick response and long working life, useful for display, etc., by laminating, in sequence, an electrode thin film and conductive polymer layer in a concavo-convex form on an insulation base having concavo-convex surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an insulation base (e.g. glass plate) 2 is ground to form such an uneven surface 2a as to be, for example, 1-3mum in its roughness measure; on which an electrode thin film (e.g. ITO film) 3 is deposited by sputtering process in a concave-convex form followed by laminating thereon a conductive polymer (e.g. polythiophene) layer 4 in a concave-convex form through electrolytic polymerization, thus obtaining the objective electronic device.
