PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of a packing material consisting of fine particles from a mating face by forming the mating face of a rough surface having a space of a prescribed size. CONSTITUTION:The packing material 8 is packed into a hollow pipe 1. The material 8 is held by the mating face 9 constituted of a holding plate 2 and a connector 3 and the eluate flows as shown by arrows. The mating face 9 is formed of the rough surface having the space of the prescribed size. The mating face 9 is thus formed of the rough surface having the space of the prescribed size, by which the leakage of the packing material 8 consisting of the fine particles from the mating face 9 is prevented and the packing material 8 consisting of the fine particles is held.
