PURPOSE:To perform a heating and an ventilation of a room and an ventilation of garret to improve an efficiency of utilization of heat by a method wherein warm air obtained through a solar heat collector can selectively be fed to the room or outside a house and air in the room or garret is selectively supplied to the solar heat collector. CONSTITUTION:When a room 6 is to be heated in winter season, a first damper 36 and a third damper 45 of a change-over valve 11 and a change-over valve 19 are opened, respectively, and a fan F2 is driven to cause hot air in a solar heat collector 3 to be fed into a room 6 through a main flow passage 7 to enable the room 6 to be heated. Return air is returned back to the solar heat collector 3 through a main return flow passage 13. Therefore, since the air in the room having some remaining heat is returned back to the solar heat collector 3, hot air can be generated by the solar heat collector 3, an efficiency of utilization of heat is improved, an effect of air conditioning and an effect of heating temperature can be improved.
