PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically select an ambient air on the low-temperature side or air under the floor to send the selected air into a room even when any variation occurs in the temperature, by opening either an ambient air intake flowpath through which selected external air is sent into the room or an underfloor air flowpath through which air underfloor is sent into the room. CONSTITUTION:A first temperature detector S1 for detecting an ambient air temperature T1 and a second temperature detector S2 for detecting the temperature T2 of air underfloor are provided in a ambient air intake flowpath 1L1 and an underfloor intake flowpath L2, respectively. A third temperature detector SR for detecting a room temperature TR is provided in a room R. A coolness selector 2 comprises temperature detectors S1, S2 and SR; a temperature setting part 3 provided within the room; a comparison part for comparing the set temperature with the outputs of the temperature detectors S1, S2 and SR; and a drive portion receiving the output of the comparison part and selectively operating dampers DR, D1 and D2 and fans F1 and F2.
