PURPOSE:To save both time and cost by neglecting a later request in case two output requests are given at a time to the single picture information. CONSTITUTION:A flag 1b showing the changing state of a picture is provided to a main body 1A. When a picture print key 2c is pushed and a print instruction is inputted to the main body 1A from a terminal equipment 2, the flag 1b is reset and not changed. Then the picture information is transferred and stored into a buffer 1a. An active or inactive state of an output device 3 is decided and the picture information stored in the buffer 1a waits for its output order if the device 3 is active. Then it is decided whether the flag 1b has a change or not in case the information is inputted again by the key 2c while the information waiting for output is stored in the buffer 1a. If it is decided that the flag 1b has no change, it is decided that two output requests are given at a time to the single screen. Thus these requests for picture and print output are neglected.
