OXYGEN-CONTAINING LIQUID DETERGENT COMPOSITION

An enzyme-containing liquid detergent and cleaner contains (A) 15-40 % by weight of an anionic wetting agent of the formula: RO(CH2CH2O)nSO3M in which: R is a linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group with 11 to 15 carbon atoms; n is an average number of added ethylene oxide moles of 2 to 7 and M is an alkali metal or an optionally alkanol-substituted ammonium group; (B) 5-15 % by weight of a diglycolic acid or a salt thereof; (C) 0.001-1 % by weight of an amino carboxylic acid or a salt thereof and (D) an enzyme, and has a pH of 9.0-11.0. The enzyme-containing liquid detergent and cleaner shows remarkable enzyme activities, has an extremely effective washing and cleaning power for removing soil from pieces of fabrics or cloths and shows excellent liquid stability.
