PURPOSE:To eliminate pulsating variation in the oil temperature by submerging the heat absorption section of a heat pipe into a second reservoir of an oil tank and arranging the heat radiation section outside the oil tank. CONSTITUTION:Oil of high temperature which has flowed into the first reservoir of an oil tank 20 flows into the second reservoir through a cut-off section of a first partition member and goes through the heat absorption section 27a of a heat pipe 27 and the heat absorption section 27a is heated. A working liquid 28 is heated as well and it evaporates, taking away the heat from the oil. Then the working liquid moves in the heat pipe 27 to the side of its heat radiation section 27b. The steam of the working liquid 28 that has moved is cooled by the air which surrounds it and liquefied. In the liquefaction the condensation latent heat is discharged and the heat in the oil is radiated. The working liquid 28 which was condensed and liquefied moves in the heat pipe 27 to return to its heat absorption side 27a. With this arrangement the heat of the oil 1 at high temperature which passes through the heat absorption section 27a of the heat pipe 27 is transported from the heat absorption section 27a of the heat pipe 27 to its heat radiation section 27b and radiated to the surrounding air by the repetition of evaporation and liquefaction of the working liquid 28 in the heat pipe 27.
