PURPOSE:To superimpose a measurement point and a measured luminance value on a peripheral background by installing a half-mirror, a shutter which has a mirror surface on an incident light side, and a transmission type liquid crystal plate which displays the measurement point and luminance value in front of the shutter. CONSTITUTION:Light incident on an objective group 1 is split by the half-mirror 2 to two optical paths. Light reflected by the half-mirror 2 is guided to an incidence mask 8 through a lens group 7 and the optical path length is not determined as to form the image of an object on the incidence mask 8. Light incident on a photoelectric transducer 9 is converted into an electric signal corresponding to the luminance of the part limited by the incidence mask 8 and the signal is amplified by a preamplifier 12, converted by an A/D converted 13, and displayed on the display part 15 of a the liquid crystal plate 4. When the shutter 5 is open, the light presses through a lens group 3 and further passes through the liquid crystal plate 4 and shutter 5 to be made incident on a film 6. Thus, the peripheral background, measurement point, and brightness value are projected on the surface of the film 6.
