PURPOSE:To shorten a working process remarkably and improve productivity by a method wherein a surface material is put on a molding mold equipped with recesses so as to position the front surface thereof at a lower side and the rear surface material of hard hot-melt synthetic resin is put thereon while these materials are heated and pressurized to force the surface and rear surface materials into the recesses, thereafter, these materials are cooled and cured. CONSTITUTION:A rubber molding mold 2, equipped with the recesses 1 of a buckle shape on the upper surface thereof, is constituted of silicone rubber. The surface material 4 of synthetic resin leather is laid on the rubber mold 2 so as to position the front surface thereof at a lower side and a rear surface material 5 of hard hot-melt synthetic resin is put thereon. These materials 4, 5 are heated under a pressure through an abutting plate 6 to force one part of the material 4 and the rear surface material 5 into the recesses 1. Heating is stopped and these materials are cooled to cure them under the pressure as it is, then, a product is taken out of the molding mold after curing and excessive parts 7 are cut off whereby a finished product 8 may be obtained.
