PURPOSE:To attain the accurate control of the 2-dimension of an optical system with the small driving power by improving the rigidity against the twist by utilizing the crossed pairs of wires as a support member for an objective lens. CONSTITUTION:An objective lens holding member 28 is fixed to an end of each of wires 24a, 24b, 26a and 26b respectively. These wires serve as the support members for an objective lens. The force adverse to the direction X is applied to a pair of wires 24a and 24b and another pair of wires 26a and 26b so that the twist vibrations are produced round the direction Y. Thus both wires 24a and 24b are bent round the direction Z and toward an arrow head 48. While the wires 26a and 26b are bent round the direction Z and toward an arrow head 49 (adverse to the arrow head 48). However such bending actions of those four wires are not easily produced in an actual case since these wires are fixed to the member 28, i.e., a rigid matter. As a result, the member 28 scarcely has the twist vibrations around the direction Y. |
