PURPOSE:To stabilize revolution even at low speed by using a position detector changing voltage at six steps, employing the angles of rotation of a rotor up to pi from O as one period and making currents flow to the predetermined phase of a three-phase stator winding in response to an output from the position detector. CONSTITUTION:A position detector 16 is turned synchronized with the revolution of a rotor 13, and generates voltage signals at six steps, using the angles of rotation of the rotor 13 up to pi from O as one period. Voltage comparators 17-22 and a control means 23 decide any number level of the voltage level from an output from the position detector 16, selects stator winding phase to be excited, and outputs a gate signal from a switching element conducting the winding phase. |
