PURPOSE:To omit a track number area in order to increase the recording capacity of data information and at the same time to attain a quick access to the desired recording data, by forming the recording data with different types of information and recording these recording data alternately and continuously. CONSTITUTION:The data includes the picture information data and the voice information data arranged alternately. For instance, the M-th data is equal to the picture information data and the (M+1)-th data is equal to the voice information data respectively. The M-th picture information data ends in the middle of a certain track 4 of the N-th block and the (M+1)-th voice informa tion data is recorded immediately after said picture information data on the track 4. In such a way, no blank area exists in the recording area of an optical card 1 and therefore the recording area is used to the full.
