PURPOSE:To avoid mis-transmission of a data even when a noise is invaded in either an address or a data signal by providing an operation stop circuit stopping the transmission/reception of the data signal for a prescribed signal period only when a noise is invaded in a transmission line of a transmission/ reception equipment. CONSTITUTION:The operation stop circuit 13 detects a high frequency noise mixed in a transmission line 3 and a timer 21 outputs an operation stop signal for 3 clock periods only. An address discrimination circuit 15 receives the signal and after a time equal to the clock period elapses, the signal value is discriminated and when a signal from the timer 21 is at an H level, the address discrimination of an address clock signal from the transmission line 3 is stopped. When a data signal generation circuit 17 receives an H level signal from the circuit 15, a data signal from a data input terminal 23 is subject to serial conversion and the result is outputted to a data signal transmission line 5. When high frequency noise is invaded in the signal of the transmission line 3, the data transmission operation is stopped for 3 clock periods only from the clock frequency next to the clock period of noise invasion.
