摘要 |
PURPOSE:To make photooutput highly efficient by minimizing the pass of junction circuit in a P-N junction by a method wherein electrodes are respectively provided on exposed N and P surfaces of columnar protrusion internally provided with P-N junction extending in the vertical direction to a flat plate part. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element is composed of a flat plate part B and a columnar protrusion A provided on one side of the flat plate part B; P and N of P-N junction PN1 in the columnar protrusion A are respectively exposed to outside; and electrodes E1 and E1 are provided respectively on the P and N side. Through these procedures, the pass of a junction circuit in the P-N junction PN1 extending vertically to the flat plate part B can be minimized to accelerate the responding speed making photooutput highly efficient. |
