PURPOSE:To decrease a joining temp. and to obtain a joint uniformly distributed with a joining member with high reliability by using active metal-nickel- phosphorus as the joining member for ceramics, etc. CONSTITUTION:The active metal-nickel-phosphorus is used as the material to be used in joining of ceramics and ceramics, ceramics and metal, sintered hard alloy and sintered hard alloy. The joining temp. is thereby decreased and the need for refinishing the base metal after joining is eliminated. The high joint strength and the high corrosion resistance of the joint part are obtd.
