PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts and improve reliability and work efficiency, by forming a side plate and a retaining plate into a retaining plate of an integrate construction component part. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 4 is set on a collar 3 inside a fly-wheel section 2 and is retained and fixed by a retaining plate 5, to organize a rotor for a magneto-generator. The retaining plate 5 consists of a monolithic component part in contact with the inner diameter side of the magnet 4 through the open end side of the fly-wheel section, 2 and in contact with the inside bottom surface of the fly-wheel section 2, and the end section in contact with the inside bottom surface and is fixed by plastic-transforming a stepped section 6 set on the inside bottom surface of the fly-wheel section 2. The number of the component parts can be reduced and winding-caulking can be abolished, and reliability and work efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be reduced.
