PURPOSE:To completely prevent the settlement and deformation of partition plates after being packed with filler by a method in which a coffering work using double-partition plates is applied to partition the surrounding, and a mixture of soil and a binder to connect the soil particles is packed into the space between the partition plates while draining water between the partition plates. CONSTITUTION:The outside of a place A to be constructed with coffering work is surrounded with sheet piles 2, and the outside of the piles 2 is further surrounded with sheet piles 3. Both the sheet piles 2 and 3 are connected with tie rods 4. A filling composition 6 increasing the fluidity of a mixture of soil or soil and a hardener with water under the action of the binder is charged into the space between the sheet piles 2 and 3 for double-coffering work and deposited orderly from below. Since the filling composition 6 is uniformly deposited orderly from below without loosening regardless of the producing areas and the quality of the filling material, uniform filling condition can be obtained.
