PURPOSE:To monitor a pulse train concealed in an element for a control circuit easily regardless of the number of terminals fitted to the element by overlapping pulses concealed in the element to another signal outputted to the outside of the element and outputting the pulses. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary circuit 4e incorporated into an element for a control circuit 4 receives a pulse train P from a pulse generating section 4a and C as one of distribution signals from a distribution section 4b. In this case, crest wave-shaped pulses are inserted when the distribution signal C takes 0, and trough wave-shaped pulses are inserted when C takes 1, and a synthetic distribution signal phi1' in which the pulse train P is overlapped to the original distribution signal C is outputted. An error between a predetermined pulse train and an actual pulse train is measured from the synthetic distribution signal phi1', and the error is corrected, thus stably operating a device using a stepping motor precisely. |
